Henry Oh

CEO
Socialutions Pte. Ltd.

Henry Oh has been studying the Internet and various associated issues (privacy, free speech, encryption, Internet jurisdiction, Intellectual Property law) since 1993.

Mr. Oh was a Fulbright grantee, a Judicial Administration Fellow for the state of California working on technology issues, and has also interned at EFF (Electronic Frontier Foundation) and CDT (Center for Democracy and Technology) working on various Internet and technology policy issues.  
 
He holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School and an M.Sc. from the London School of Economics in Media and Communications Regulation and Policy and he graduated summa cum laude from UCLA.

He is currently the CEO of Socialutions Inc., the co-founder of the Hong Kong Startup Association and the Secretary for the Cyberport Creative Micro Fund Pilot Programme. Prior to that, Mr. Oh worked did film production in Brazil, also wrote songs for a Brazilian album and was the associate producer and script consultant for a short film (A Drop of Life) that was later used for a successful application by the Director to Steven Speilberg’s On the Lot reality TV show.  Mr. Oh was also previously an associate at a Wall Street law firm and advised on capital markets and mergers and acquisitions transactions for international companies and banks.
